CSI Search is hiring a new Senior HRIS/Benefits Generalist for our client located in South Tampa. This role requires 3-5 years of Generalist HRIS and Benefits experience along with experience building out HRIS for a large company. We are offering competitive base salary, excellent health benefits, and opportunity for growth.Responsibilities: Under general supervision, provides support in the functional areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to Compensation, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Benefits, records management, and special projects. Provides consistent policy/program interpretation and current practice recommendations to department managers, directors and SMT. The Senior HR Generalist must possess a strong knowledge of applicable employment laws such as the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, the Civil Rights act of 1964, Workers Compensation and Unemployment. The Senior HR Generalist also provides advice, recommendations and/or options for resolving work related issues to employees as it relates to the functional area of Human Resources. Plays an active role in the development, implementation and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures. Disseminates human resources policies, procedures and programs through appropriate communication styles and mediums.
