Anteo Group is currently looking for a Help Desk candidates to join an existing team. The pay is set at $20/hour, and this will be a contract to hire role. This person must possess the technical acumen and the interpersonal skills needed to flourish in this environment. Our customer is a billion dollar services company and is growing their help desk with only top notch players. Chosen candidates must be able to exhibit effective time management, ticket management, be excellent communicators and be accountable to their direct managers and the customers. Additionally; candidates must be able to partner with IT top management to develop an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer IT support in the organization. Possess a sharp learning temperament to stay abreast of latest industry developments and new technology practices. Use experience and knowledge to train, mentor and familiarize new hires with help-desk and technical support requirements.
