Let me tell you about the company, the culture, and the opportunity - then we will see if it's a good fit!JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Sales RepresentativePosition Overview:The Account Manager (AM) role is designed to support a designated Sales Person in growing and maintaining a profitable business. The primary functions are centered around the facilitation and perfection of the recruiting process. This will allow the Sales Person to focus on breaking new business and delivering exceptional client service.The AM is responsible for helping to grow accounts through establishing new business contacts and soliciting additional job orders. This includes the following tasks: Client Interaction (Sales) - The AM will interact with the client on strategic and tactical issues such as securing new job orders, qualifying all job requisitions, submitting candidates, scheduling interviews, receiving interview feedback, negotiating offers, confirming start dates and post hire follow up as needed.o There are high expectations surrounding the growth of the account (s) through identifying new hiring managers, scheduling meetings and forming new relationships. Recruiter Interaction - The AM will communicate all new job orders to the Recruting Manager for assignment. Then the AM will interact with the Recruiters and ensure that they have all of the necessary information. The AM will set deadlines and goals for submissions while ensuring candidate quality. Sales Person Interaction - The AM will communicate with the Sales Person frequently to give status updates, progress reports and other critical pieces of data so the Sales Person remains informed. The AM will immediately alert the Sales Person when issues arise and when feedback is slow or inconsistent from the client. The AM must solicit information from the Sales Person on a daily basis such as the current prioritization of jobs, anecdotal feedback from the client and potential jobs which we might receive (pipeline development). Administration - Ensuring 100% compliance as it relates to Maxhire, VMS systems, MSP processes, job postings and etc. Reporting - the AM will provide weekly and monthly reporting with the following information broken down by client and jobo Number of new jobso Number of submissionso Number of interviewso Numbers of offerso Number of startso Number of termso Margino Total Temps on Assignment (TOA)o Projected startso Projected terms Corporate Services Interaction- Confirm that all invoicing is correct, all timesheets are received on-time, resolve any payments issues for our Consultants and ensure Terminations are documented correctly in the system. Other skills - Organization and time management skills are a key component of this position. Strong writing skills are also components to a successful AM. For more information, please apply.
